Healthy You Tip!

Embrace Life after Menopause. Focus on You!

Your children are grown and gone. Your work isn't as engaging. "Now it's your turn!" says psychologist and life coach Joanne Cohen-Katz, Ph.D. "For many women, the years after menopause are the most creative, productive and fulfilling." At the same time, you might feel unsettled. Acknowledge and explore any feelings of unrest or dissatisfaction. If you need help with this transition, talk to your doctor, spiritual advisor or other women who've been through it. Want a therapist to talk to? Call 610-402-CARE.
